Terms of Service for Beignet Scripts

By downloading, accessing, or using Beignet Scripts (the "Scripts"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Scripts.

Age Requirement
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use Beignet Scripts. Users between the ages of 13 and 18 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- All Beignet Scripts, except for the open-source loader, are proprietary works protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- The loader is provided as open-source software solely for transparency purposes and may be freely inspected.

2. Permitted Use
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and free license to use the Scripts solely for your personal Roblox gameplay.
- As the Scripts are free and keyless, you may download and use them without any payment or authentication key.

3. Prohibited Actions
- You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
  - Deobfuscating, decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any obfuscated Scripts.
  - Modifying the Scripts in any manner that circumvents built-in protections.
  - Leaking, publicly sharing, or distributing deobfuscated versions of the Scripts.
  - Distributing or uploading any version of the Scripts containing the deobfuscated or original source code.
  - Redistributing the Scripts under our name or impersonating the official Beignet Scripts developer or team.
  - Attacking, DDoS'ing, overloading, or attempting to disrupt our servers or services in any way.
  - Using the Scripts for any illegal, malicious, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to malware creation, phishing, or spam.
- The only exception is the open-source loader (on GitHub), which may be examined and modified for personal use.

4. Violations and Enforcement
- Any violation of these Terms of Service may result in immediate enforcement actions, including but not limited to:
  - Permanent ban from our communities and services
  - Revocation of access to updates and support
  - Other appropriate legal measures where applicable
- We actively monitor for leaks, impersonation attempts, and unauthorized distributions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Scripts are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Scripts.

6. Changes to These Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Scripts after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By using Beignet Scripts, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
